Blog #144 Saying Hello to Our Angels & Spirit Guides

Thinking about this sacred time of year and all the amazing things that have happened in this life time is so incredible. Our Angels and Spirit Guides -our Angel Team is always communicating with us, on my front porch as a child or in our dreams or... We receive a thought, a feeling or knowingness and they even show up in the clouds at Sunrise. Or feeling them saying hello, in a sweet plant in the shape of a heart on the beach as I walked by (my photo).

Asking them questions on a daily bases such as how to complete my project or writing a blog or finding a solution for more clarity and awareness.

The experiences and lessons learned the growth, pain and laughter have been such a blessing. All the experiences, stories of incredible miracles of protection and healing I have heard from family, friends, students and readee’s have been such an inspirational gift!

Remember and appreciate all the miracles when our Earth Angels, Spirit Angels and Guides and Animal Angels that have shown up at the perfect time and the perfect place throughout our lives.

One of my earliest memories of an Earth Angel showing up was when I was 5. My mother and I were driving to the store and a driver was passing and stopped when a car hit us broadside! I hit my head and broke the windshield. This wonderful passerby (Earth Angel) took us to the hospital where I could get immediate medical care to stop the bleeding quickly. I will always remember the doctor’s face and him saying to me; “You are such a miracle you must have important work to do!” I was so thankful to all my Angels and the Earth Angel and the doctor that day!

There was the time my sweet four year old kitty Brandy saved my life from a fire; it was around 4am and I was sleeping and Brandy kept coming up and standing on my chest and trying to wake me up. Finally I opened my eyes and turned on the light and saw there was smoke everywhere. I jumped up, and ran into the kitchen and flames were coming out of the sides and top of the insulation of the refrigerator. I called 911 and they got there quickly so there wasn’t too much damage thank goodness. The firefighter said my cat saved me and my apartment and probably the whole building; Brandy was such an incredible Animal Angel of protection!

Last year I was very ill with the flu and then Bronchitis for a few months. As I healed with help of incredible healings from friends and family and my amazing Healing Team and Healing Masters, I was feeling better but still really low in energy. I had been listening closely to my Guides, Angels and my body to find just what it needs to finally get well and get my energy back. In meditation I was guided to start eating more salt for the sodium, take electrolytes and to take some natural Gaia liquid Iron. I got up the next morning and was guided to eat some cooked spinach for the iron so I did, and in just a few days I had my energy back and was feeling more like myself again. My energy got better and I noticed that my brain was working better too.

This last week, I was having trouble getting my flights all set for a trip on two different airlines, and it kept showing up wrong on the My Trip list on their website even after it was changed. After about ten calls back and forth and each airline saying I have to call the other, which was driving me crazy and getting me nowhere. Finally I stopped and grounded myself and asked my Spirit Guides to help me get this all straightened out. I visualized it all working out and getting to the right supervisor who knew what to do. Then I called, and was on hold for a while and he came back on the line and said let me talk to my supervisor and in about three minutes he came back on and said everything is all set now. We corrected your flights on the My Trip list! YAY!!!

All we need to do is breathe and ground ourselves and go within and ask, listen and follow our inner guidance!

Take a moment, and write down and validate some of the amazing healings and protection you have experienced from your Angel Team. Let it be a blessing of validation and appreciation for all the times your Angels have created the miracle you needed.
