Blog #226 Start Fresh!

Spiritual Renewal is a present we can give ourselves.

Every morning is a new day, the opportunity to approach life fresh. The past is behind us and the future is not yet here. In this glorious present moment, we can immerse ourselves in prayerful communion with our God-self and feel renewed on all levels of life. We can allow our self a healing of God’s Loving Grace, energy, and service when we commit to regularly renewing our self spiritually.

Through meditation, quiet contemplation, inspirational reading, or spending time in spiritual community, or out in nature; we find the comfort, peace, and strength of the Supreme Being and claim it as our own. Each day we experience spiritual renewal as a new start. Spirit-led, we feel fulfilled and blessed.

Romans 12:2: Do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your minds so that you may discern what the will of God is and what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Meditation and prayer can renew us; sitting in our backyard, or walking along the beach, gazing up at the stars at night, or watching a sunset. These miraculous miracles that we see all around us daily, is our present to stay in present time. As we are expressing our light as the spirit that we are, know that we are renewing ourselves and our spiritual expression every day.
