Blog #179 Looking at the Power of You

At this time of year with the full moon and the Lunar and Solar Eclipse this month, and soon it will be autumn, it is an awesome window to stop and look at what we are creating and celebrate and appreciate our life. Thinking about our sweet family, our pets and amazing friends and especially YOU and the Spirit that you are!

During this beautiful summer, take sweet moments to allow ourselves to relax and stop and meditate and have some fun! The healing power of being in nature with the trees, the beautiful scent of pine, with the Sun beaming through like cathedral skies, enjoying the beach or playing in our own backyard. So very powerful and healing to get to be more deeply aware as life moves on, every day having more certainty as we fulfill of our Soul’s Purpose in this life.

In meditation, we receive profound insights and many aha moments. Asking if I am on track? And what is my next step? Validating being and doing whatever it is you are being guided to do.

For me it is doing healings and readings, teaching, writing my weekly blog (teaching & sharing), and writing my 2nd book, and doing the weekly Tuesday morning 9am synchronized World Healing Meditation and continuing to take classes to learn and grow…

It is so profound to take a look and meditate, ask, listen, trust and follow our inner guidance, especially in the noisy confusion of life at times!

Let’s do a little meditation: Sit back relax and breathe and imagine sitting in your beautiful sacred space in the center of your head or go outside and sit in nature. Create for yourself a nice new grounding cord like a big hollow comfortable redwood tree and connect it from your 1st chakra –to the center of the earth. Let gravity turn on and ground off all the energy that is NOT yours in your space, from the day and the week and just let it all go. Release any resistance, uncertainty, competition, doubts, worries, hurts, unhavingness and fears and anything that’s keeping you from manifesting the life you are choosing to create. Feel it releasing and freeing up and neutralizing all that energy. Release anything that is in the way of you seeing or hearing your God Self and following your own inner truth and expressing your power. Give yourself a nice deep breath. Put up a beautiful new rose on your viewing screen, see all your growth, your space, and your awareness and certainty you have called back in the last year and own all your power and healing.

Now create a transparent rose out in front of you on your screen, and allow the rose to become your Soul Purpose color or colors. Then set your crown (top of your head) at your Soul Purpose color for a moment. Breathe and let yourself feel and experience it in your bodies. Own this color to express YOU!

Now ask what does this color mean or represent for you?

You may get Love or Joy or Awareness, it is usually a very simple answer. Allow yourself to see, hear or feel the answer. Whenever you need an answer to a question about your life, you can use your Soul Purpose color. Just set your crown at your color and ask your God Self “What is my guidance for today?” and see what you get.

Now create a big beautiful gold Sun with a giant magnet in it and call back all your life force energy and power from wherever you have left it and just fill yourself up from head to toe, breathe and feel the healing and grace in every cell of your being. Own all this new awareness. Breathe and notice as you look around you can even see more clearly. :)

Now say out loud: “I celebrate and validate my creative power!”

With this meditation, you can always record it on your phone and then play it back and listen with your eyes closed and follow along.

Write down your Soul Purpose color or colors, wear it, paint it on the wall or place a post it note of your color on your computer. Give yourself incredible reminders of why you are here.

An awesome way to remind yourself is to make a list of ten things that are your gifts in this life time: Ex: you’re funny, a great listener, good organizer, gentle, kind, loving and aware…

These are your gifts to the world all that you brought with you in this life time.

Own them and ask your God Self how best to share them.

Validate yourself on how much you have grown and how much more awareness you have on all levels right now in present time.

Celebrate and congratulate YOU and your LIMITLESS HAVINGNESS as a Spiritual being!!!
