Blog #57 Peace? Begins with Me, Us, & All of Humanity!

Our thoughts guide our words and actions, so keeping them peaceful and positive is key to creating a loving, joyful harmonious world.

When we encounter hurtful rude and inconsiderate behavior, our response affects not only our well-being, but also that of others and those who are witnessing that behavior. When something like that happens to me, I send a spirit to spirit gold rose Hello to that person with love and peace and joy, blessing them because they may be having a difficult day week or month.

Practicing compassion, love and respect, we are on the divine path of awareness of oneness of all life, which then inspires others around us to respond in kind.

As we stay grounded and centered in present time, keeping our thoughts positive and peaceful, we can claim and affirm: I am Peace. I am Joy. I am Love. Right here and right NOW!

Remembering May 25th, 1986, I was honored to participate in the Hands Across America event, where 6.5 million American’s held hands across the United States for 15 minutes for the projects for USA for Africa and for USA "We Are the World" and the combined revenues raised almost $100 million to alleviate famine in Africa, and hunger and the homelessness in the United States. It really showed how coming together peacefully has so much power to help heal and unite people in peace and love. It was truly a transforming event, at least 35-40 people I knew were a part of that incredible day. We all felt like we were changing the world.

Peace in the World begins with the love in our hearts. As we pray and bless all of humanity and share and radiate unconditional love to every corner of our sweet Mother Earth, the cosmic consciousness bathes the planet with God’s loving Grace of Peace.

Let’s do a little healing meditation that will help us to manifest more love and peace in our lives. Go ahead and close your eyes and give yourself a nice deep breath. Create for yourself a new grounding cord and connect it from your tail bone or 1st chakra –have it be a big hollow redwood tree and have it go all the way almost 4000 miles to the center of the earth.

Allow yourself to ground off any worries, doubts, fears, uncertainty and any shame, blame and guilt or resistance and see it as dark pebbles going down the hollow tree and releasing into the earth. Just let it all go! As it hits the center of the Earth-Poof it’s all released! Now ground off and clear the day and week and feel the release and freedom in your body. Give yourself this beautiful day a new beginning. Own it for yourself. Create a 3D rose out in front of you and let it be a vacuum rose and let it pull out all the things that are keeping you from being joyful and peaceful and keeping you from your miracles in any way and just explode that rose. Boom!

Put another rose up in front of you and just see how many miracles you have created and experienced in this life, see them scroll by like a giant picture album. Wow-incredible isn’t it. You are a Miracle Worker- know it, own it, be it!

You are creating miracles of love joy and peace every day and in everything you do. Give thanks for these gifts and the havingness beyond measure. Now for a moment, have your crown be at gold. Just allow yourself the healing and love of having your crown at this powerful divine gold. Feel the healing, the love, the peace, feel how relaxed your body has become. Breathe- you are one with your divine self- one with God and the All. Create a big gold sun-call into it everything you would like to create for yourself, all the miracles peace love awareness knowingness and certainty that you choose right now in awe and wonder. Now all that you would like for your family and friends, and now all the peace you see for humanity and our sweet planet Earth. Feel the freedom, joy, health, abundance, success and the certainty. Be the powerful wondrous miracle you are and just fill yourself up with this magnificent liquid gold.

Know all things are possible and you are creating miracles every day and sharing your gifts with the world. Know it and own it and breathe.
