Blog #194 Ready for the NEW?

It truly is a sacred time to begin to give thanks for this amazing year of 2025, all the growth, challenges, adventures and abundance of miracles. What a blessing of learning and love.

As we begin to let go, heal, clear, and release this year to get ready for the NEW of 2026, it is a time of joy and celebration. Beginning to clear out a few closets and drawers, junk mail and delete old emails. What freedom!

It is a beautiful gift we can give to ourselves to have more space to be ourselves to be creative, happy and have more fun.  To be open to the love, joy, wisdom and abundance while creating the New.

An incredible tool as things bubble up from the past year for letting go is to begin by sitting and giving to yourself a few deep breaths. Clear your mind and ground yourself from your first chakra to the center of the Earth and become nice and centered and peaceful. Look at your Havingness scale 0 to 100%. Where is your Havingness to create the life you would like? What number does the scale go up to 60% or 90%? Just visualize pushing the number all the way up to 100% and lock it and own it there.

Then visualize a big beautiful vacuum rose about two feet out in front of you and just let everything go into this rose of all of 2025, the judgements, pain, hurt, non-havingness, old responsibilities, guilt, non-forgiveness, regrets, misunderstandings, chaos, control and competition… release it all into this rose. All those things left unsaid or if you still have old resentments to let go of and just forgive them and yourself.

Let go of other people’s energy that you may have picked up this year and are still carrying around with you, just put all that energy in this rose and see the rose getting nice and big, vacuuming up all that old energy. Then put a fire cracker under this rose and explode it with a big flash of light. Every time you explode a rose, it is a powerful tool of forgiveness. Almost instantly, you will feel lighter and happier and more peaceful.

Then call yourself and your life force energy back from all the places you left it in the past year, with friends and family, work, school, kids, concerts, stores, ball games even driving on the road. Call all your energy back into a big gold Sun above your head of your neutral loving joyous energy that is all yours. Open the gold Sun like an egg and fill yourself up with this liquid gold from the top of your head to the tips of your toes and out through your aura.

Breathe and feel the amazing healing and awareness it has freed up in your space.

Now you have given yourself space to Be, space to heal and space to create more in your life. Trust your intuition and follow your own inner guidance.

Every day, we have the power to let go and to be free! We can do this profound healing often as a gift to ourselves.

Right now in present time, own all your space and aura completely. Feel it, know it. It is all yours!
