Growing up I was so fortunate to learn from many amazing teachers and healers. As a child, we went to the Science of Mind Church with Joseph Murphy and his message was always to focus on what it is you want, and not what you don’t want. Keep a positive focus on what you would like to create in your life. As a teenager I took psychic development classes from Lucretia Allinson who was an incredible Life reader and teacher. She taught us to order what we would like to create, just like you would order your groceries. The universe is limitless.
Many of my teachers have taught the power of intention and visualization such as Dr. Wayne Dyer, Michael and Raphaelle Tamura, Norman Vincent Peale, and Louise Hay and many others. There is one power and one law in the universe and it is limitless. Like attracts like, thoughts become things. Or you become what you think about most. Everything is energy, it has a vibration. Even Scientists and Einstein agree when you look beyond the atom, everything is ENERGY!
Just off the top of your head, what would you like to create in your life?
Maybe you would like a trip to Hawaii or Italy, or a new home, car or more certainty or more peace of mind.
Most of my life one of the things on my list I most dreamt of doing was to go to Hawaii and swim with the Wild Spinner Dolphins. In 1998 I went to the Big Island on a retreat and stayed in a beautiful home on the bay. The first morning we went out on a snorkeling boat trip and as soon as we started out, we saw dolphins jumping and spinning and seemingly saying to us, “hello, where have you been? We’ve been waiting for you.” We all jumped in the water and were just swimming around our boat and soon you could hear the sonar and clicking from the dolphins as they approached us. It was incredible!!! They were spinning and jumping and would come close and telepathically say hello and do a total body sonar healing on us. They would look me straight in the eye and it felt like they were looking right into my soul. The dolphins felt very familiar as though I had been there with them many times before. Maybe I had visited with them in the astral plain at night. One young dolphin brought her adorable baby very close to me as if to introduce him to me. Like hello, this is a human. We played and swam with them for about two hours, I could have stayed forever.
That experience changed my world. When I got home to San Diego, I was determined to live by the ocean so I could see the dolphins. I created a vision of what I would like to create, and two weeks after arriving home, I was moving to Del Mar across the street from the ocean and could see dolphins almost every day. I was so very thankful for such an amazing blessing and miracle in my life.
Make a list of 10 things that you would like.
Now pick one thing from your list. Got one? Breathe and be nice and grounded and centered and close your eyes. Visualize on your viewing screen in the center of your head a beautiful rose with a long grounded stem. Visualize yourself in detail doing all the things you would be doing, swimming or surfing, or relaxing having tea or…and who you will be enjoying it all with. Now just ground off out of the rose anything that is keeping you from having it and ask for a blessing for this amazing trip or… you are creating. Imagine cutting the stem of rose and just release it out to the universe to be manifested.
You will begin to receive amazing miracles about the steps to take and the how and where to create what you would like.
