Blog #139 Do you need a healing? Get a Healing from Nature!
Connecting to the Healing Power of Nature and disconnecting from technology to reconnect with you and get a fantastic healing.
Spending time outdoors can reduce stress, improve your mood, and help you feel grounded. Whether it’s a walk in the park or simply sitting in your backyard, or hugging a tree which I do often (see photo), nature has a way of soothing the soul.
I love taking nature walks where I leave my phone behind. The sound of birds, the sight of trees, and the fresh air bring me a sense of calm and peace and stops the spinning of life’s circus in my head for a little while.
Finding a quiet place to sit and meditate and ground and run your energy to get clear on what you would like to create.
It’s time this week step outside and reconnect with nature. Even just for a few moments.
Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished!!!
Take a walk in the park or hike a nature trail. Notice the sights, sounds, and smells around you. Feel the Nature Spirits around you! Saying Hello to you!
Spend time in your backyard or balcony. Sit quietly and observe nature—watch the birds, or feel the breeze.
Say HELLO to everything! Animal, insects, trees… everything has a consciousness, see if you get a quiet inner Hello back. Share some love and joy from your heart to theirs.
Create a lovely picnic outside. Enjoy your favorite foods while soaking in the sun and the beauty and sounds around you.
Hug a tree! It is such a beautiful gentle healing! Feel it, smell it and see if there are any tiny insects living on it. Say Hello!
When I am tired or my mind is spinning on a problem, I love to stop for a few minutes and go out front of my house and hug the tree in our front yard. Instantly helps me to be in present time and nice and grounded and aware. Allows me to let go of all the technology energy in my space, I feel more centered and aware and awake.
What we are doing when outside in nature is spending time with our own spirit and everything in nature is spirit expressed. Relax into the profound healing and joy of your senses. Say hello to Spirit all around you, they always seem to have a message they would like to share.
Nature can be our best therapist when you are feeling down, helping us navigate feelings of stress, anxiety, and even symptoms of depression. It is a beautiful sanctuary for us to heal physically, mentally and spirituality staying healthy and happy and joyful. Nature can help heal all our bodies and renew our Soul.
