Blog #149 Are You Tired of Being Tired?
I know I am!
I hurt my shoulder putting away boxes a few weeks ago and my shoulder and arm, have been sore ever since. I have been using my cold laser on it, using heat and cold and touching my healing tree out in the front yard. It is helping me really ground off the hurt so I can let it all go. Then my energy seems to come back up again. YAY!
So what do you do when you're in pain or you're super tired?
What is your solution?
Just staying in bed and pulling the covers over your head?
Or turning on the TV and vegging out? Some times that helps for a little while.
Of course, trying to stay positive helps!
Know that our body can heal itself and is a wondrous miracle worker any time we get sick or hurting. We know we have that incredible power of rejuvenation as we walk through this life in this amazing body temple that we are so blessed to have.
Everyone is very intuitive and psychic and picks up on other people's energy or you might feel their worry or when they're sick and not feeling well. When family and friends in our life are going through things, you are aware of it more than you even realize. So it is good to ask yourself the question: how much of this is me? Feeling unwell or is it someone else's energy that I am picking up on? Get a clear answer for yourself or put up a scale 0 to 100% and then you'll know.
There is so much change going on in the world around us and in our own personal world as well. Knowing change is always taking place, we can choose to enjoy the process, no matter what is happening.
One of the things we can do is stop, ground our self and ask, listen to what's going on within our my body and what can we do for it.
For feeling tired I always seem to get the message: to eat more spinach and protein. To take a nap and get more sleep. And of course staying grounded and running my energy always helps to ground off everyone else’s energy that I have taken on.
Being in the center of my head and have that beautiful body of glass up and being nice and neutral in lots of amusement helps make my life so much more joyous.
We truly trust and know that everything is in Divine order and flow, especially when the body is not feeling well or happy. When there's discomfort or pain like in my shoulder right now, it is like something is trying to distract us from our world.
Talking to the body and asking questions has been such a loving new awareness for me and for my Readee's. They are experiencing the changes as they ask their own bodies questions. It has been so profound for all of us.
Simple right!
We just get to do it!
Not get mad at the body being sick or in pain, but simply ask:
“What do you need dear body”?
All we have to do is ask, all we have to do is listen, and we will be guided to where we need to be and what we need to do.
Give your body a gentle pat and validate it for all it does for you in this amazing thing called life.
