Blog #215 Letting Go of Mistrust!
Many of us mistrust anything but our minds. We think we can figure it all out, find the perfect solution, and control the outcome. We trust only our own rational thought processes and maybe a smart friend's advice. When things don't work out we may be astounded, astonished, and depressed and wonder why.
Trusting your rational mind isn't the answer. Yes it's important to look at the pros and cons and have discernment, and analyze what we have chosen to do or would like to do. It has its place. First though we need to let go of the mistrust. Recognize that we can depend on God and our God Self, to be really fully, wholly, completely trusted.
A Course in Miracles says that in God, “There is no sickness not already healed no lack unsatisfied, no need unmet”.
Listening to our intuition, our heart, and to how we are feeling are all messages giving us clarity and understanding.
Begin by grounding yourself from the first chakra to the center of the earth, be in the center of your head in your sacred space. Then, stop, ask, listen, trust, and follow our inner guidance. Get clear about your answers, and about the solutions you are finding. The “how” will show up and guide the way.
Our answers are within, all the perfect solutions and resolutions and all for the highest good.
When growing up, I know a lot of us were always waiting for the other shoe to drop. It was hard to trust our environment, our family life, for all the changes that were always happening so quickly, and sometimes not so good changes.
Begin to trust God and yourself right here, right now, in a present time unconditionally. The past is the past, the future unknown, and the present is a Gift! That is why they call it the present!
Let go and let God.

What a joyful blessing!
