Blog#41 Share your Joy & Happiness! And it will flow back in!

So many of my friends and clients have been looking at how they can be more happy and joyous in their life! Many have changed their Happiness set point to 100%, no matter what is going on in their life. See how to do this in last week’s Blog#40 Be Happy Now!

 

Another way to support our happiness is to take a moment to look at your personal Happy color. Just close your eyes and ground yourself and ask your inner Self what your Happiness color is and then see what color you get. Or you may feel the color. It may be pink or blue or emerald or…mine is fuchsia! Then open your eyes and think about how you feel when you wear that color? Is that color somewhere in your home or office or is it the color of your comforter on your bed? Begin to surround yourself with your Happy color, and notice the difference in how you feel and experience your day. Everything has a vibration and so do colors.

Create a Happy word for yourself, mine is Popcorn because it always makes me laugh!!! I have told this story before; but when I was a kid at the drive-in movie with my family, my brother had a big mouth full of popcorn and my Dad told a joke and the popcorn went all over the car and we were all laughing so hard and couldn’t stop. The thought of it always makes me happy.

 

Creating a Happy color, word, and vision of being happy is like being our own cheerleader of love and support to create the life we are choosing.

 
At Harvard University, the most popular course is Positive Psychology which has 6 tips for Happiness: 

1.     Give yourself permission to be human-accept your emotions and know that what you are going through is natural.

*Use the powerful psychic tool to create a rose and put all our perfect picture energy into that rose, and just explode the rose in a big flash of light. It allows us to BE free and BE happy.

 

2.     Happiness lies at the intersection between pleasure and meaning- whether at work or at home the goal is to engage in activities that are both personally significant and enjoyable.

*Happiness is having both pleasure and meaning in our life every day. Being excited and having a purpose in life makes all the difference.

 

3.     Keep in mind that happiness is mostly dependent on our state of mind, not on our status or the state of our bank account. It’s based on what you choose to focus on. How do we interpret the events in our life? Do we view failures as catastrophic or as learning opportunities?

*Are you looking at life with a glass half full or the glass half empty? It is a choice! We are creating our own reality!

 

4.     Simplify! Being too busy is stressful. Quantity influences quality, we compromise our happiness by trying to do too much.

* If we create a balance in life, we are naturally happier. Work, play, retreat, meditation, contemplation, be in nature and rejuvenate. Just expressing our love, joy and wonder daily!

5.     Remember the mind body connection-what we do and don’t do influences our mind. Regular exercise, adequate sleep, healthy eating=more serenity and happiness.

6.     Express gratitude whenever possible-appreciate and savor the wonderful things in life.

*Before we go to sleep at night my husband David and I share 3 things we are thankful for that day-it helps us to live in more joyousness and gratitude.

Working with a dear client J.T. whom I have been doing readings for many years, had been working on being happier in her long time marriage to her husband. She was always beating herself up when things didn’t seem to go right. We cleared a lot of the old energy and programing from her growing up years about relationships and it began to make a big difference in how she felt about herself and her husband. All the little things he did seemed to always drive her crazy and then to her surprise they began not to bother her so much.

 

As J.T. continued to ground and run her Earth and Cosmic energy every day and clearing her energetic space out at night, she began to be happier and more joyous and was able to accept her husband more just the way he was. Finding the little things he does as funny, like she did when they were first married.

 

In sessions we would work on healing their relationship space to be more gentle loving and playful. She started focusing on what she would like to create with him! She began to send him telepathic pictures of what she wanted him to do and to her total amazement, HE DID IT!!! Like he hadn’t brought her flowers in a very long time for no reason and one morning she decided to send him the picture to him to bring home roses for her and that night he did! She couldn’t believe it, and she began to communicate more with him telepathically, realizing he had been responding to her pictures all along. She had just been sending the picture of what not to do, instead of what she would like him to do! Such a powerful realization! It completely changed her relationship with her husband and they started talking and sharing more.

 

We are all talking to everyone around us telepathically all the time, if we are aware of it or not. Thinking happy joyous thoughts to which others respond, making everyone’s life happier and more joyous.

 

If we send out love, happiness and joy we get it back; everyone from our mate’s and family, to our friends, kids and even our pets read our pictures and everyone else out there in the world.
