Blog #44 Love is the answer!
Love is the answer! It sure feels like it. When things are challenging, add a little love, understanding and laughter and things always seem to turn around.
A Buddhist teacher of mine years ago said, relationships are like apples in a barrel all rubbing each other clean and shiny like a diamond, to be the sweet light they are meant to be.
Creating the relationship we would like in our life takes awareness, healing what’s not working and patience. A clear vision helps. What would you like? A playmate, helpmate, creative mate…? There are so many things to choose from.
Creating a Relationship Bubble can be very powerful and fun tool.
Make a list of ten things you would like in your relationship. If you are already in one or not: would you like love, good communication, play time, laughter, joy, adventure, work together well, both following your spiritual path…and sharing your Light with the world.
To create a Relationship Bubble: In meditation, be nice and grounded; visualize a big gold relationship bubble out in front of you. If you already have one, update it and give it a new color and energy. See the bubble filled with all the things you would like to create in your relationship. Imagine you and that person in that bubble. You have a great guy or girl whether you are in a relationship or not. See yourself happy and enjoying sharing your life together in detail with that person, having all that’s on your list and more. See it all right here right now. Make it brighter with lots of amusement. Ground off anything out of the bubble that is keeping you from having it. Get a beautiful blessing from the Supreme Being and then own this bubble for yourself. Then just release it out to the universe to be manifest. Breathe and just know it’s yours.
If you do not have a mate in your life as yet and you would like one, begin to talk to them telepathically. Just sit in meditation nice and grounded and centered and send out a hello to the love of your life. See if you get a hello back. Ask questions-where are you? Are you ready for me?
I used to say hello to the love of my life out there somewhere and I always got a telepathic hello back. I did that for years in meditation and it seemed like we were never going to be ready for each other and then one day he said he was ready, and I said I was ready and two weeks later a dear friend of ours invited us to a party and said she had someone I had to meet. I was working that day, officiating two weddings and I didn’t make it to the party. David called me the next day and said, “I hear we are supposed to meet!” We met for a three hour dinner at the Beach House and just knew we had something very special. Just a little over a year later, we were married in beautiful Mt. Shasta, CA and have been married for 19 years.
He is my love, my joy and my funny guy that keeps me laughing every day and encourages me to fly. We learn something new every day from each other. Such a gift and a blessing!
Each day, find a new way to love yourself more and those around you. Play more, journal about your feelings, validate yourself, change your focus and self-talk to be more positive loving and supportive. Appreciate who you are and who you are becoming. Share even more of your love and your light with the world!
Enjoy the LOVE!!!
