Blog#46 The Miracle of a Spirit to Spirit Hello

We have all been saying a Spirit to Spirit hello to everyone and everything most of our lives if we know it or not, including saying hello to our own body, mind and Spirit.

Like saying, Namaste a salutation or bow to the divine soul of a fellow human. This ancient term is often used as a positive message to end a yoga practice. It can be accompanied with other interpretations such as: The light in me honors the light in you, the divine in me bows to the divine in you, or the Spirit in me honors the Spirit in you. A Spirit to Spirit hello is much the same.

A hello can be a healing for someone and a validation for another! Acknowledging their Spirit reminds them of who they are as a Spirit and their oneness with all life. Even a smile and telepathic hello can change the whole day for someone you pass by; or a Spirit to Spirit hello to your dog or cat or a wild bird or a tree. We are ONE with ALL!

It is easy to give a sweet Spirit to Spirit hello: beginning by taking a few deep breaths and relaxing, dropping your old grounding cord and letting it go and then creating a new grounding cord for yourself from the first chakra (or your tail bone) all the way down to the center of the Earth. Being centered in your sacred space in the center of your head, it is easy to ground off all the energy that is not yours in your space. Just let it all go down the grounding! Set your crown at your own beautiful essence color and just see what color that is; pink, green, blue, violet or purple or a combination of colors. See it and own it as yours! Set your energy for love, peace and joy and as you go out into the world, allow yourself to be aware of your oneness with all life. When you see someone or something you would like to give a Spirit to Spirit hello to, create a beautiful little gold rose and put in it, love and joy and a sweet hello and gently send it out and see them receive it. Often times you will receive a loving hello back very quickly.

Being in my backyard or in Hawaii saying a Spirit to Spirit hello to a person, whale, animal, pet, flower or anything at all; everything on Earth has energy, a Spirit and a consciousness. Begin to say hello and be open to all the possibilities of love and joy flowing out and also flowing back to you!

The last few months we have had a flock of 10-15 Robin’s come to the berry tree in our backyard a few times a day. I have never seen them in a flock before; I have only seen Robin’s in pairs and mostly only in the spring. At first I didn’t even know what kind of bird it was, so I sent a picture to my brother who knows a lot about birds, and he said “Yes, it is definitely a Robin!”

As I began to say hello to the flock of Robin’s in the tree, they seemed to be more interested in me saying hello than in eating for a minute. A few landed on the edge of the roof near where I was and on the fence just looking at me saying hello back. Then they began to sing and talk to one another even more. I felt their hellos, and they were happy about the yummy berry trees in the yard. David found an article on that day that talked about how large numbers of migrating Robins have returned to San Diego, first time in 30 years. What a wonderful gift to see them in our trees and be able to say hello and communicate.

This morning a beautiful Hummingbird was resting on our feeder for about 10-15 minutes. I sent a telepathic hello to him and he just kept looking at me, and finally I felt a hello back. He was drying off from the heavy rains from that morning. Then he flew over to the kitchen window where I was standing. Looking at me very closely, I said to him telepathically, you are always welcome here; and then I just felt love from him. He stayed hovering for more than 10 seconds and then flew off. He had a beautiful florescent green head and back and a magenta throat and chest. Just incredible!

Begin to give a sweet Spirit to Spirit hello to whomever or whatever you are guided to, and see how your world begins to expand!
