Blog #51 The Power of a Simple House Healing!

Happy Holy Week!

Such a wonderful sacred time of year to look at what we are creating as the NEW is flowing in.

After spring cleaning, which I am still working on, I love to give my home a little energetic House Healing!

Start by sitting in my living room with my feet flat on the floor, and then begin to give myself a few deep breathes and feel my body relax into present time. Create a nice new grounding cord from the first chakra all the way to the center of the Earth. Then ground off and release any stress or discomfort, hurt or worries that I have and just let it all go. Call back all my life force energy into a big Gold Sun above my head and fill myself up from head to toe with that liquid gold and then out into my aura filing up with love, joy and wisdom.

Once nice and grounded and centered and neutral, create a grounding cord from the center point of the living room. Visualize a big hollow redwood tree connected to the middle of the room to the center of the Earth and just allow the gravity, like a gentle vacuum pulling out all the energy that is not yours that is in this space and ground off any old stuck energy and see it go down the grounding cord and releasing like sand flowing down.  Let go of all the old energies that have been in your house: people, animals, workmen, old sadness, pain or negative energy…from today, this week, this month and even this year and let it all go into the center of the earth and it instantly neutralizes. This is a powerful way to sit in and clear each room of all the energy that is not serving you and your family in present time.

Go into each room and ground it and let go of all the old energy that does not need to be there anymore.

Clear all energies out that have lived there in the past.

Heal and clear all pet’s energies.

Clear the energy in each room and set a new color to whatever you are guided to set it as.

Clear the builder, all workmen’s energies that built the house.

Heal and bless all the things in your home and your garage and your cars.

Heal and bless the yard and the land and the neighborhood.

Also a wonderful healing for your home if you are guided to; is to smudge the house with sage or incense: cedar or lavender to reset the space.

Then call back all your life force energy into a big Gold Sun for your entire home and add anything you would like love fun and wholeness and just fill up your whole house and yard with the amazing healing gold.

Then bless and energetically set your home with love, peace, joy, harmony and laughter and good communication and whatever else you would like with another big Gold Sun.  Own your beautiful new space!

I love to place new pictures of my family and friends around the house and bring in flowers to honor my NEW space.

It always feels like such a gift and blessing, I am always so amazed how different I feel in my own home after a House healing! There is more space to Be, Do and Create. I experience such deep gratitude for more light energy, and feeling the transforming love, joy and awareness in our home.
