Blog #53 It’s Time to Rise!

In meditation these last few weeks, I kept getting it is “Time to Rise!” When I asked my God Self what that means for me, I got to rise and create and do everything with confidence and certainty knowing I am guided in all I do. Even choosing a Kris Carr’s “Love Notes” card, I got “It’s Time to Rise”

No matter what’s happening in our lives or in the world around us, we always have the potential and choice to rise above it. Rising is a powerful choice. We can rise out of negative thinking and limiting thoughts; rise out of being stuck and complaining; rise out of our dark slump and out of the bottom of the cookie jar into the light of day.

Moving forward can be very difficult at times, but it only takes a moment to stop ask (our God Self) and listen; trust and move on to something new we wish to create. The incredible power we have to let go of the old is a gift we all have. We can allow ourselves to create with joy and certainty!

The power of asking and listening is big, so often we just get so focused on the problem or the issue, instead of tuning in and asking and listening for the solution. All our answers are within if we only choose to ask and listen and follow.

In the past for myself and working with my students, when dealing with something challenging, the reminder to just stop and ask our God Self, inner self, God and the Holy Spirit or whatever you would like to call it. “Ask and it shall be given, knock and the door shall be opened…” We have heard that all our lives and we need to own it and have the certainty about doing it.

It only takes a few minutes. Simply take a few deep breaths and relax. Ground yourself and ground off any energy that is not yours in your space. Set your crown at your own beautiful essence color and just see what color that is; pink, green, blue or purple. However you see it, own it.

Give yourself a nice deep breathes and imagine your own sacred space in the center of your head. It may look like a big bright room or a garden.  It is your sacred space so decorate it, expand it and make it bigger and brighter and create it just like you would like it to be. Now own it and appreciate it for yourself. Add whatever else you would like in your sacred space - love, health, wholeness, clarity, certainty, awareness, amusement, understanding, freedom, validation, security, comfort, acceptance, forgiveness and profound insight and of course joy.

Go ahead and sit in a comfortable chair in the center of your sacred space and call in your God Self (Inner Self); see them in front of you. Look at your havingness to receive the information you need. Just ask or look at a scale 0 to 100%, where is your havingness to have? Own it at 100%! Go ahead and say hello to your God Self and allow yourself to receive a hello back. Ask your question with certainty! See what answer you get! The answer is usually the first thing that comes to your mind.  This is your expert, allow yourself to hear them or feel what they are saying telepathically. Sometimes the answer comes in a dream a few days later or when you are meditating. Be in awareness and the answer or solution will come. You will know from your knowingness and certainty what the truth is. Thank them for all their love and support for all they do.

The more you communicate with them the more certainty, peace and joy you will experience.

Then create a big gold sun above your head, call back all your life force energy and power, call back all your wisdom and knowledge, and see the sun getting bigger and bigger. Open it like an egg and just fill yourself up from head to toe and out through your aura. Breathe and feel your oneness with the limitless. Getting the answers to our questions, we can accept where we are, and then use our creative power to create something wonderful and new. Then breathe and go about your day.

It’s time to rise and shine and share your light, speak your truth and do what brings you happiness and joy; time to rise and sing your Spirit song that all may hear you and may sing along.

We can rise to new levels of understanding and awareness with certainty.

Enjoy and treasure each moment of freedom and love that you are creating.
