Blog #210 Time to Release Stress
Are you exhausted? I know that I am at times!!!
We all know what it means to be stressed out, because we've all been there, done that. Or some of us, may even be there right now.
We often get stressed out about: our health, our family, our finances, our job or our business. And even the crazy things, that are going on out in the world.
Unfortunately, stress can have a negative impact on our mental, physical and emotional health. When we begin to feel stressed, it's always best to just stop. Then relax and give yourself a gentle deep breath and ground yourself to the center of the Earth. This helps the body to become calm and neutral and more aware.
I know, when I am stressed out, I always seem to stop remembering to breathe.
Emmett Fox, a prominent new thought leader of the early 20th century, taught when challenges arise, rather than useless worrying, we can look beyond them. We know everything is in divine order. We know we have the power to manifest perfect health and wholeness, joy and happiness, and love and harmony.
We can focus our attention on the solution and not the problem, and when we do, the solutions just start to bubble up. We shift our attention from stressing to letting go and letting God.
Breathe in peace, and breathe out peace.
Let it be a mantra that you give to yourself.
A beautiful photo my husband took a few years ago, when we visited Monet’s garden in France.
So very peaceful!
