Blog 211 Let’s Release All Worry!
Worry is a major waste of time!
It has us spinning on a merry go round that we don’t seem to free ourselves from very easily.
We all have worried about many things that have never come to pass.
Letting go of worry by changing the story we tell ourselves requires a conscious effort to flip the switch and the script and reframe our inner dialogue.
Focusing on negative possibilities and imagining future failures or difficulties that may never happen, wastes a lot of our energy that we could use elsewhere.
I've had a few worries myself; so much fear came up when I was worried about something in the future. My mother's death, my father's death, and what is going to happen at work, it goes on and on.
These mental scripts create a cycle of worry, where we may begin to believe that the worst case scenarios are inevitable and usually whatever you worry about never shows up.
As we recognize that these stories are just that, stories and pictures of our past experiences, we can choose the power to release them. Instead of seeing challenges as threats, we can view them as opportunities for growth and learning and understanding.
This shift doesn't ignore reality, whatever that is. It empowers us to approach situations with curiosity and resilience rather than fear. By deliberately refocusing on what could go right, we open ourselves to the positive possibilities.
By envisioning success, fulfillment, and strength we can change the tone of our inner narrative from worry to resilience, which directly influences how we experience the world. When we allow ourselves to release worry to the Source, and trust that everything is unfolding for our highest good and divine plan; we become calm, relaxed, happy and excited about life.
Today put all your worries, in a big rose and explode it with a big flash of light!
Let it all go, and breathe in the NEW!
Just like most everything, it is a choice!
Focus on what you are choosing to create right here and right NOW!
Focus on Love, Joy, Peace and Awareness for all.
As a spiritual being having a human experience, our ability to have all we choose is 100% ours!
