Cleaning Out Our Emotional Closets Blog #23

Meditating this week and being so thankful for the powerful psychic tools that help heal and clear our emotional and mental closets. When I am feeling stuck or immobilized from a conversation I had with someone or I can’t seem to get started on a project I choose to do, I know it is time to clean out my emotional closets!

My two favorite healing psychic tool techniques besides grounding and Golden Suns are:

1.     Reading the Scale 0 to 100%:

At times, I will be going through my day thinking I am having a great day and all of a sudden, I will feel fearful or angry or sad. I won’t really have any reason to feel that way. One of the times, I was feeling overwhelmed with sadness, so I grounded myself and got centered and visualized a scale out in front of me. 0% to 100% and ask my God Self “What percent of this sad feeling is mine?” the scale went up to only 2% that was mine. Then I put up another scale 0% to 100% out in front of me and ask “What percent of this feeling of sadness is someone else’s energy?” The scale went all the way up to 85% that it was someone else’s energy that I am picking up on. Then I visualize energetically putting both scales in a big rose out in front of me and all the feelings and emotions that I felt into the rose and just exploded it with a big flash of light and let it all go. A wonderful feeling of calm and freedom came over me. Later that day I found out my dear friends mother had passed that very morning and I relegalized I was picking up on her grief.

The energy you feel may be from a family member or friend or even a neighbor.

This is one of my favorite tools. Sometimes I may use the Scale 3-5 times a day. The scale is an incredible tool to help clear our strong emotions and the energy that we are picking up from others telepathically who may be going through a hard time.

Try it for yourself right now. Feel the strongest emotion you are feeling: nervous, guilt, fear, worry or… put up a scale 0% to 100% and ask you’re God Self “What percent of this feeling of _____________ is mine?” You may see 3% or 25% that is yours. Then put up another scale 0% to 100% out in front of you and ask “What percent of this feeling of ______________ is someone else’s energy?” The scale may go up to 40% or even 90% that is someone else’s energy that you are picking up in your space. It could be anyone in your life. We are all very telepathic with one another whether we know it or not.

Then visualize energetically putting both scales in a big rose out in front of you and put all the feelings and emotions that you feel in there and just explode the rose with a big flash of light. Breathe and allow yourself to experience the release and freedom from it all. Then you can smile and get back to your joyous day.

2.     Ice Cube Release:

Another awesome tool to achieve powerful clearing: just sit and relax and be nice and grounded and centered and visualize placing energetically all your negative worries and fears and emotions you have into a giant ice cube (you can see it as a color green or red or rust). See the ice cube getting bigger and totally full of all your negative feelings and emotions, then imagine placing this full giant ice cube on a very hot rock out in the summer Sun and just watch it totally melting away all your worries and fears until it is totally gone. Breathe. Feel the lightness and more calm awareness.

Always after clearing, create a big gold Sun above your head, calling back all your life force energy from everywhere you have left it and just fill yourself up with that beautiful liquid gold through the top of your head through your whole body and out into your aura. Feel the power and healing in every cell of your being. Breathe and relax!

Try these fantastic psychic tools for ONE WEEK, and you will be amazed how much more aware and happy you feel.

These incredible psychic tools have changed my life forever!!!
And they are fun and easy! :)
