Blog #66 Complaining much?
Getting off the Seesaw…
Do you experience being happy, positive and validating and then some how become critical, judgmental and complaining?
Of course at times, and often catching ourselves at it! When we find ourselves being overly critical, it is time to stop, ask, listen and look at why we are being like that. When in pain or hurting in a relationship, we can get the grumps and start complaining about everything in life. Or if we haven’t grounded off everyone else’s energy out of our space for a while, we can feel really irritated and frustrated.
Complaining and being critical has a very low vibration and keeps our energy and mood down and negative so it makes things even worse. When we realize and begin to shift our awareness to having appreciation, and sharing love and joy, everything changes. You are not bottomed out; you are back at the top of the seesaw!
We are all amazing spiritual beings having a human experience in this life.
The body takes everything as fact and is always in present time. Mentally, we visit the past and then to the future and get hung up in old pictures and events, or get into fear and uncertainty about the future. The more we choose to be in present time right here and now, the easier it is to stay at the top happy, joyous and in deep gratitude.
Things that can make it easier to do!
1. Keep a gratitude journal and write in it every day at least 5 things you are grateful for that day. Then say them out loud for all the world to hear!
2. Have a THANK YOU day! All day long, right after you wake up in the morning; THANK everything in your life. Start by thanking God and your guides, your body, mind and spirit, your comfortable bed and your family, pets, friends, clients, students, food, plants, shower, car, your job and career, your boss and associates, the amazing sky, clouds and Sun…enjoy this incredible day until you get back to your comfortable bed and lay your head on your sweet pillow. Own this beautiful day and all that you had seen and heard and felt. Notice your vibration and how much happier, calmer and peaceful you are. Ground off the day and own your space for a peaceful night sleep.
3. Check your HAVINGNESS daily. Be nice and grounded and look at a scale out in front of you, 0-100% just let the scale go up to the number of your HAVINGNESS to manifest what you choose right now. It maybe 35%, 60% or 85% just notice, no judgement and then put a grounding cord on the scale and ground off all the things that are keeping it from being at 100%. Then take your psychic finger and move up the scale to 100% and just lock it there. Own it. Then put up another scale and look at what your HAVINGNESS, to have your own HAVINGNESS is? What number do you get? Again push it up to 100%. This is for your awareness as you go through your day that you have the creative power to do and create whatever you choose right now.
4. If feeling judgmental, ask questions instead. Get interested in life and inquisitive of those around you.
5. Set your energy for the day for being: aware healthy whole certain with knowingness and abundant miracles and HAVINGNESS beyond limits!!!
