Blog #82 Inspiration that Lifts Our Hearts with JOY!

My dear friend and teacher Michael Tamura is such an incredible healer, story teller and author. His award winning book “You are the Answer” is so very profound and inspiring to grow and learn to fulfill our soul’s purpose and divine plan.

I love all of Michael’s quotes, and one of my favorites is:
“Inspiration means to embody yourself as spirit to live as who you are”

When I am deeply missing Michael since he made his transition to spirit on 10/24/2023,
if I say hello to him in spirit, then all I can see is his smiling face and hear his loving joyous laughter ringing out and filling my heart. What a beautiful gift that is! He is an incredible inspiration as a friend, teacher and amazing soul.

As I write this, I can also hear out my window a sweet tree frog singing and saying hello, which would be something that Michael would encourage the frog to do.
HA HA HA! :)

Frogs teach us to honor our tears, for they cleanse the soul. Frog is a symbol to find peace in the joy of giving to ourselves and releasing and cleansing out others’ energies, places or things that do not contribute to our state of serenity and joy.

Michael taught us to be in tune with our spirit, to express who we are, and share in every moment our love, joy and miracles.
