Blog #102 Our Incredible Body Temple
I have been thinking about our amazing physical bodies which we as spiritual beings live in, as we move through this life time. Such a gift and we learn so much from it.
Incredible how much of our time we spend loving, caring for and giving to our physical body temple: keeping it healthy by sleeping, eating, drinking water, eliminating, showering, shaving, washing our body, hair, and clothes, and brushing our teeth. As well as combing our hair, if you’re a woman, putting on makeup and doing your nails, if you are a man shaving on a daily basis.
Also from washing clothes, buying and preparing food, taking care to make a comfortable, happy healthy home and keeping a good running car; finding time to exercise, play and meditate, pray and go within; creating a fun social life with friends and family and pets, and being a part of originations that speak to our heart.
This life time is a fascinating time to grow and learn in school and in life experiences. Then we are free to share our LIGHT, wisdom and insights with others and the world. Allowing ourselves to have a passion to love and to fulfill our mission for this life and to complete and fulfill our Soul’s Purpose and divine plan for this incarnation.
So interesting that all these things we do is to learn and grow and expand our spiritual awareness because that is what we take with us, when we take our leave and make our transition to spirit at the completion of this life.
I am so thankful for this body, for the health and strength to get through the challenging times, be it illness, loss or near death experiences. So grateful for my husband, family, friends, teachers, pets and all my guides and all I have learned from them and sharing their love and Light with me and the world.
When I was almost five years old, my mother and I got in a serious car accident where I almost took my leave. My mother was driving and I was standing on the front seat (what we used to do back then, way before there were seat belts); and the other car ran the stop sign and hit us broad side and I went flying into the windshield and broke the glass and there was blood everywhere. Thank God my mother wasn’t hurt, and a wonderful Samaritan “Angel” stopped to help us go to the hospital and I finally came to. It was a near death experience for me, I remembered being with family and my guides in spirit during the time when I was unconscious. I remember them asking me if I wanted to stay or go back to my body and I said go back and the next thing I was aware of was waking up in the hospital and the doctor was taking pieces of glass out of my head and he said “You are going to be ok and you are a very lucky girl, you must have something important to do here!”
Such a scary experience, but I felt so loved, lucky and very calm and felt so much awesome protection around me.
It is such a blessing how our bodies can heal and repair so quickly when we are hurt or sick.
Our bodies are always living in present time and is a great reminder to be right here right now physically, mentally, and emotionally and validate its amazing abilities and systems that work in divine harmony and guided by our spiritual body.
This is a photo of me on my 5th birthday on my brand new bike with training wheels, a few days after the accident.
Bless, love and validate your sweet body, it is such a gift of joy.
