Blog #103 Life’s a Dance

This week everywhere I go, I keep hearing the song “Life’s a Dance”
released in 1992 by John Michael Montgomery.

It makes me smile every time I hear it.
We are dancing to our own drum wherever we are being led.
We are leading and following, growing and learning as we go. Kind of feels like it takes some of the pressure off “Don't worry 'bout what you don't know Life's a dance, you learn as you go”.

We are here on this planet at this time to do the things we are guided to do, and experience and create in every moment as the spiritual expression of who we are!

Love the chorus line in this song:

Life's a dance, you learn as you go
Sometimes you lead, sometimes you follow
Don't worry 'bout what you don't know
Life's a dance, you learn as you go

The longer I live the more I believe
You do have to give if you wanna receive
There's a time to listen, a time to talk
And you might have to crawl even after you walk
Had sure things blow up in my face
Seen the long-shot win the race
Been knocked down by the slammin' door
Picked myself up and came back for more

Life's a dance, you learn as you go
Sometimes you lead, sometimes you follow
Don't worry 'bout what you don't know
Life's a dance, you learn as you go

Life's a dance, you learn as you go
Sometimes you lead, sometimes you follow
Don't worry 'bout what you don't know
Life's a dance, you learn as you go

I love the powerful songs of our life’s journey, reminding us where we have been and where we are going. Signs, songs and memories are gifts to help us to validate how far we have come and what we have created and how much we have grown.

Staying grounded and centered in great amusement and gratitude, we have the freedom to enjoy every step if we choose to.

Life truly does feel like a dance, always changing the song, melody and the steps.

Enjoy your own divine dance and be open to creating new steps.
